This dreamy offering was curated for the Mama who needs a little more time and attention than just an adjustment. The Sacred Mama Session is one hour in-person with Dr. Courtney Yurko that nurtures both Mama and baby. It includes nervous system regulation, pregnancy-specific soft tissue work for tension relief, breathwork for relaxation, energy balancing, and a Webster chiropractic adjustment to support pelvic alignment. This offering is designed to nurture the physical and energetic needs of your body, mind, soul, and baby.

Seeking wholistic support throughout your pregnancy? Nervous or scared about guidance you've received? Do you have questions about supplements, workout routines, necessary testing, physiology of childbirth, birthing options (freebirth, birthing center, hospital, home birth, midwife, water birth, or any combination of these)? Dr. Courtney Yurko is here to guide you through your prenatal path toward motherhood during this one-on-one call. You're not alone; reliable support is essential on this life-changing journey.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE FOR THE MOTHER

This includes two one-on-one virtual sessions with Dr. Courtney Yurko, designed to help you thrive in every stage of motherhood—whether you’re preparing to conceive, pregnant, or caring for little or a seasoned Mama. Together, you’ll address mineral balance, gut health, and overall wellness. Recommended testing (food sensitivity, adrenal, blood work, etc.) will be determined during the call, with offsite blood draws if needed. A follow-up virtual session will review results and outline detox (if not pregnant or breastfeeding), nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support. Motherhood is tremendous in all the ways — you deserve support every in every season of it.
