Hey y’all, and welcome! I’m a wife, freebirth mama, vitalistic chiropractor, entrepreneur, and the founder of Connection Health Center. My heart and calling are to support the mother through every stage — pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I’m deeply passionate about freebirth, honoring sovereign birthing choices and supporting mothers through chiropractic and functional wellness.

Hi! I’m Dr. Grace, a lover of all things health, wellness, and outdoor adventure! I’m originally from Michigan, but life has taken me around the world, allowing me to live, travel, and soak in different cultures. You’ll often find me exploring new places or curled up with a good book.

Chiropractic entered my life during my own journey navigating an autoimmune condition, and it completely transformed how I experienced health and healing. I became fascinated by the brilliance of the nervous system and the Innate Intelligence that flows through us all. I was instantly drawn to the holistic philosophy that chiropractic is rooted in and knew in my heart that this was the path I was meant to walk for a lifetime.

My mission is rooted in the belief that healing happens from the inside out. I’m here to empower others to tap into their own vitality and live in alignment with their fullest expression of health. It’s from this heart-centered space that I’m honored to serve and support my community.

Dr. Lissette, a passionate holistic doctor and wellness advocate, combines chiropractic care, integrative dry needling, and lifestyle modifications to optimize patients’ health and support their overall well-being. Her mission is to guide individuals towards true health and vitality, enabling them to thrive in every aspect of life. She loves to connect with nature by being under the sun, going on long runs, or hiking up a mountain!
