Dr. Courtney Brandenburg Yurko
Hi and welcome! On most days you can find me soaking up some sunshine at the beach, working out, cooking up healthy eats, hopping on an airplane, or expanding my mind at a seminar!
The folks who know me best often refer to me as passionate, committed, and nurturing. I strive to show up daily with this same energy for the amazing people within my practice, as it is my responsibility to facilitate their ability to fully express LIFE.
If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. I too have suffered from health issues (sports injuries, anxiety, neck pain, low back pain) over the years and am so thankful chiropractic has been there during my darkest of times. This is why I have dedicated my life to serving others through this amazing profession and art.
I have been called to be a vessel for healing, one that restores hope, energetic connection, and full expression of LIFE in those whose light has been diminished. I am beyond grateful for this journey that has allowed me to elevate the health of humanity and I am stoked to serve YOU!
Dr. Katally Sanchez
Dr. Katally Sanchez, originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, is the first chiropractor in her family. She has been practicing in Mt Pleasant for almost a decade and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology. She continued her education at Life University receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic and has since earned her Advanced certification in Chiropractic Biophysics, the most advanced spinal health care system in the world. After a transformation experience under corrective chiropractic care, she decided to dedicate her life to helping others. Suffering from chronic migraines, stress, anxiety, and depression, traditional medicine failed to help her. Dr. Katally personally witnessed the healing power within herself through chiropractic care and lifestyle intervention. Chiropractic saved her life and for this reason, she knew there was no other profession she would rather be in! Her belief system is rooted in the philosophy of Dr. BJ Palmer, that “The Power that made the body heals the body.”
I was raised in New Jersey and made Charleston my home in 2011. I am a proud alumnus of the College of Charleston where I was an active member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
When I am out of the office I am usually at the Sullivans Island beach in the sun, walking into the sunset with my dog Oliver, adventuring around Charleston, hunting for live music, taking cycling classes or yoga, creating art, or studying Human Design.
Throughout my career I have felt pulled to help others heal their body, mind, soul and all the connections between as I have. One of the ways that has made the biggest impact in my life is through fitness. I was a rhythmic indoor cycling instructor for two years at Method Studios in Mt. Pleasant. In 2020, I decided to fill one of my dreams and became a Pure Barre teacher, it is where I fully fell in love with fitness and movement. I am so grateful to be able to help facilitate healing with Dr. Courtney at Connection Health Center as well as coaching clients through their journey of fitness, strength, and mental wellness.
My soul’s purpose has become one of helping others heal and connect to their highest selves. I am passionate about living optimally, in full alignment. As my understanding divinely grows, I enjoy sharing what I have learned with my community. I look forward to expanding my purpose with the wonderful Connection Health Center family.

These include, but are not limited to, conditions resulting in back pain, knee pain and neck pain, as well as nerve conditions such as sciatica, and other conditions such as headaches and migraines.

There is an urgent problem facing our community where families are being compromised due to misinformation about health. Americans have never been as sick, diseased, or symptomatic as we are today.
